SUMMARY OF THE MUSEUM

　　"Art and Science International Works Exhibition" was proposed by the Nobelist of physics, Dr. T.D. Lee, and the famous maestro, Mr. Wu Guanzhong. Academy of Arts and Design of Tsinghua University hold the Exhibition by the assistant of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, National Museum of Fine Arts, National Artists Association and UNESCO. Many famous artists and scientists who were from 16 countries and more than 40 famous institutes,including Chinese Central Academy of Fine Arts, Harvard University, Cambridge University, Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts, Universitat Gesamthochschule Kassel and Tokyo National University of Fine, Attended the Exhibition. About 600 artworks created by not only artists but also scientists were exhibited in the all 11 large scale exhibition rooms of National Museum of Fine Arts. At the same time, there were many symposiums about the mix and action between science and art in Tsinghua University.

　　It is an unheard-of art exhibition in China. With the age is go-head, the combination of art and science is a general trend and it will enable person possess a broader perspective. Art will make science more imaginational and creative, and science will make art more nice and novel. There were all kinds of modern art forms in the exhibition,Science enable art more expressive force.

　　In the exhibition, Mr. Yu’s artworks were the only art works on space art and SF art.The exhibition is signality because art works of space art and SF art created by Chinese artists had never exhibited with the international art works together before this exhibition.
